DATA PROCESSING PRIVACY POLICY

EU REGULATION 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.

OUTILS Srl processes data in compliance with the provisions of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as on the free movement of such data (hereinafter “EU Reg. 2016/679”.)
Pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of the aforementioned regulation, below the information is provided regarding the identification data of the data controller and the data processor regarding the processing of personal data in relation to contracts and the provision of services.

Type of data processed
The data provided and processed by concerns common, personal and sensitive data.

Purposes of processing
We inform you that personal data and special categories of personal data, provided directly by the data subject and/or collected through the compilation of paper forms and/or available on the websites managed by OUTILS Srl, are processed for the purpose of concluding the contract to which the data subject is a party, as well as to execute the contractual services or to provide the services requested by the Customer or available on the portals managed by OUTILS Srl or by the intermediaries appointed by the same, as well as for administrative and accounting purposes related to service contracts.

Provision of data
The provision of data in the fields marked with an asterisk (“*”) is mandatory to allow the conclusion of the contract or for the provision of the services and services requested.

Methods of processing and access to data
OUTILS Srl processes personal data in accordance with Article 6 par. 1 letters A), b), f) of EU Regulation 2016/679 by virtue of their legitimate interests related to the type of activity carried out and the need to execute existing contracts or pre-contractual measures requested by the data subjects.
The data collected by signing standard contracts in analogue format are processed both in paper form and with IT and telematic tools and may be processed in aggregate form for statistical purposes and to verify the quality standards of assistance and maintenance services, excluding in this case the processing of identification data.
The data collected by filling in online forms are processed electronically and through management information systems.
The data are accessible exclusively by persons in charge, adequately trained and informed about their duties and the activities allowed them on the data collected, who operate on behalf of OUTILS srl and who are recipients of instructions and tasks given by the data processor, by means of a letter of appointment.
The data controller will process the data for the purposes indicated above pursuing its legitimate interests that do not prevail over the interests or rights and freedoms of the data subject.

Scope of communication and possible dissemination
We inform you that the data relating to the contract and the service activity may be communicated to commercial consultants for administrative and accounting purposes and to lawyers for the possible management of disputes.
We also inform you that the data may also be communicated to police bodies or to the judicial authority for the purpose of ascertaining or repressing crimes committed by users of electronic services, where necessary.

Storage and deletion of personal data
OUTILS Srl will keep the data of the data subjects in a form that allows the identification of the same for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which the data were collected; they will therefore be kept until the existence of the existing contractual relationship. After this period, OUTILS srl will delete the data of the data subjects.
The data strictly necessary for tax and accounting obligations, once the purpose for which they were collected has ceased, will be kept for a period of 10 years as required by the relevant regulations.

The data subject has the right to request, at any time, the modification of the structures governed by this information through the exercise of the rights referred to in the following paragraph.

The rights of the data subject
The data subject may exercise the rights referred to in Articles 15 (Right of access of the data subject), 16 (Right to rectification), 17 (Right to erasure), 18 (Right to limitation of processing), 19 (Right to obtain notification from the data controller in cases of rectification or deletion of personal data or deletion thereof), 20 (Right to portability), 21 (right to object) and 22 (right to refuse the automated process) of EU Reg. 2016/679.
We inform you that the exercise of the rights of the data subject referred to in the aforementioned articles, such as the right of deletion or opposition, meets the limits imposed by tax legislation.

Cookies
