PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The use of gun drills is a deep precision drilling process that uses a long and straight tool to produce extremely precise and deep holes in different materials. This tool has a particular head geometry, the standard gun drill has a single cutting edge with a groove along the tool length with internal oil lubrication. Chips and hot oil are evacuated along the tool's outer groove. This type of drill requires a pre-drilling hole with tolerance of about +0.02 deep about once the diameter.
